Nikhil Verma is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also holds certification in valuations and Forensic accounting and fraud detection. He started his career with S. Ramanand Aiyar & Co.(SRA) in 2011 and was associated with SRA as a partner for 5 years (since December 2015 to December 2020) when he resigned in December 2020.

He has an experience in serving wide variety of clients across sectors such as manufacturing, telecom and mobile devices, oil and gas, medical equipment, construction, agriculture and services sectors such as banking, NBFC and Insurance, management and legal consulting, educational institutions, publication houses, media and event management etc.

Nikhil is a partner with N V A & Co. and has been advising clients in the areas of accounting standards and technical developments, transaction advisory and corporate restructuring, FEMA matters, valuations and funding advisory.
